ZE:A's Lee Hoo shocked fans by revealing on Twitter that he recently attempted suicide after a series of controversies at his management company.
The 25-year-old group frontman - also known as Junyoung – posted a long series of discontented messages relating to some serious grievances he has experienced and singling out his agency head, Shin Joo Hak.
"To Star Empire CEO Shin Joo Hak, whom I trusted and loved, are you proud of yourself?" he wrote in Korean on Saturday, September 20.
"You called us your sons? Your sons you say? Then let me ask you a question. All the money and profits that your nine sons earned through sweat and blood, that blood money – where did it all disappear to? Please answer this with your hand on heart."
He continued, "Shin Joo Hak, you've crossed a line that you should not have crossed. Now my head is hot. I've suffered it all from going bald to depression."
"I've even attempted suicide... in front of my loving family. I've watched my parents cry tears of blood and now you shall cry those same tears, manager Shin."
"I held back for no reason. What I got in return was pointless cursing and attacks and depression that kept me trapped."
"I will pay you back now. Mark my words. Starting tomorrow, I'll upload one file at a time - no, I'll let it explode."
Moments later he deleted the tweets.
