Girls' Generation's number 1 summer comeback single "Party" has been named "Song of the Week" by Vanity Fair magazine.
The US website for the prestigious glossy recommended the single in its weekly roundup of music to check out alongside music by Eminem, Rihanna and Gwen Steffani.
In a glowing review of the track -- which was released on July 7 -- they write: "The best song of the week is Girls’ Generation 'Party'... This beachy pop song by Korean pop mega-girl group [SNSD], better known as Girls’ Generation, is wildly catchy."
They continue, "It was released July 7 and has already racked up 11 million (!!) views on YouTube, spreading across the internet so quickly it reminds you why videos are called 'viral'."
