An unreleased Girls’ Generation music video featuring former member Jessica Jung has made it's way online after an aonymous fan managed to get hold of the deleted footage.

The original video for the Japanese version of the single "Catch Me If You Can" clearly shows the 26-year-old former SNSD member alongside her eight bandmates, just before she was ousted from the group on September 30, 2014.

It means that the newer versions of the April release (in both Korean and Japanese) were actually reshot following the fallout that saw Jung suddenly depart from the group.

Initially, only screenshots from the video were leaked onto Chinese web forums, but the owner of the video soon promised to upload the full video. And despite alleged warnings from SM Entertainment, they delivered the goods to fans around the world today, June 22.

The video -- which was shot on a construction site -- shows Jung dancing alongside her former bandmates and is now the last known footage of group when they were a nine-member act. YoonA took her position in the new versions.

A spokesperson for the group declined to comment when approached by IdolWow!.
