Looking this good doesn't come easy. T-ara's Hyomin has revealed the secret to the lean physique she will be proudly showing off during the group's comeback performances next month.
The 26-year-old singer shared a snap of one of her perfectly-balanced meals, showing just how dedicated she is to staying in shape.
On the menu (which she hash tagged "#ComebackMeal")? A plate with two boiled eggs, baked sweet potato pieces, cucumber sticks and refreshing watermelon cubes. The previous day she shared a similar snap.
As well as revealing her current low-fat, high-energy diet choice, the "Sugar Free" singer also uploaded a snap from the group's rehearsal studio, adding some emoji to express her lack of enjoyment at working out: "😫🏀💪"
Nonetheless, Hyomin looks fresh-faced and makeup free as she sits on floor in a pair of tiny hot pants that show off her lean, long legs. A heavy looking free weight sits by her side.
Her balanced diet looks much healthier than the reported "lemon detox" she did to lose 9 pounds (4kg) in June 2014 for her "Nice Body" music video.
She has said of the experience, "I did crossfit exercises and diet side-by-side... that exercise is really hot nowadays. For one week, my muscles were sore to the point where I would just want to lie in bed."

"They said I had to eat well, so I did but my body started getting bigger because of the muscles," she continued. "I thought that might not match well with what I needed to express [for the single], so I also dieted at the same time."
T-ara are currently preparing for their comeback in the first week of August, which a rep for the group says will be "a summer track featuring [their] unique pop and sense of humor."
