SHINee's Minho has landed a new gig on the air. TV network MBC announced today that the singer will join entertainer Noh Hong Chul and rookie actress Kim So Hyun as new hosts for the the popular weekly music show Music Core.
The trio will replace Girls Generation's Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun (also known as sub-unit TaeTiSeo) who step down as hosts on April 13 to make way for the new lineup.
A Music Core rep adds that the new hosts, who begin their tenure on April 20, were hired after "careful consideration... They fit perfectly with the new direction the program is heading. After seven years, the ranking system will also return to the weekly line-up"
Despite her young age, Kim is no stranger to the small screen. The 13-year-old has acted in numerous television dramas including: Iris 2, I Miss You and The Rooftop Prince.
PSY's "elevator guy" Noh Hong Chul, rose to global stardom with his risqué "Gangnam Style" dance, and says he will act as an "older brother" to his two young co-stars.
