SHINee returned to the stage last night when they held their comeback showcase in Seoul. The lively quintet appeared in fine form on October 6 as they performed a string of hits including "Dream Girl" and "Selene 6.23" at the Coex Around venue in Gangnam.
But the highlight of the evening for fans gathered at the SHINee Comeback Special was the first performance of their forthcoming single, and album title track, "Everybody".
Wearing tartan suits before changing into slick white ouftis, Key, Onew, Jonghyun, Minho and Taemin impressed audience members with their note-perfect live vocals and on point dance moves. They also put on a rendition of new album track "Symptoms".
The event itself was streamed live across the world to SHINee's millions of fans via a special SM Entertainment YouTube stream, which at one point started to crash due to the overwhelming number of connections.
EXO's Suho and Baekhyun hosted the hosted the show -- which was part of the Gangnam Hallyu Festival -- alongside TV personality Jeon Hyun Moo. "It's a night we will never forget," Key, 22, said backstage. "We have put so much work into this comeback. We're working so hard."
