"Gangnam Style" part two? K-pop superstar PSY is getting ready to rock your socks off very soon.
His agency YG Entertainment have announced that the 37-year-old solo star is about to make his chart comeback with a brand new single and video.
"PSY is planning to make a comeback in September," says the new statement, which was also released to IdolWow!. "The new track is the final stages production."
The company add that the music video has already been filmed and features cameos by 2NE1’s CL and actor Jung Woo Sung.
The last time fans heard of the chubby-cheeked idol’s return over a year ago. Shortly after releasing "Hangover" with hip hop star Snoop Dogg in June 2014, PSY released the track "Father" for the Chinese market alongside pianist Lang Lang little has been heard from the the rapper since.
Now that the break is over and the “Gentleman” performer is ready to make a fresh start, beginning with his homeland of South Korea.
