Let the games begin! Many of Korea's biggest pop stars and hottest starts came to support one of the country's biggest sporting events on Friday, September 19.
The likes of JYJ, Psy and the boys of EXO hit the stage to kick off the 2014 Incheon Asian Games in front of over 60,000 fans and broadcast in over 45 countries.
The show — which was held at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium — was based around a unity in diversity theme entitled "One Asia."
Incheon Asian Games ambassadors JYJ got the party started after the flame was lit with a performance of "Only One", the event's official song. The trio followed up with a rendition of their English-language track, "Empty."
To further add to the hype of the sixteen-day athletic event, EXO showed off their high-energy dance skills in a medley performance that included hits "Growl" and "Wolf."
Top film and drama actors such as Jang Dong Gun, Kim Soo Hyun and Hyun Bin also made appearances at the star-studded event, which was directed by film director Im Kwon Taek and Korea’s Got Talent judge Jang Jin.
