Obsessed fans of boy band EXO stormed into the wedding ceremony of member Baekhyun's brother causing mass disruption and outrage.
The 21-year-old EXO-K idol attended his older brother Byun Baek Bom's private wedding celebration in Seoul on Saturday, September 28, only to witness fanatical followers of his group -- known in Korean as "sasaeng" fans -- rampage the special family occasion.
Yesterday, an online forum post titled "EXO fans went too far" revealed details of the travesty along with photos submitted by some of the wedding guests. Pictures show the "Wolf" star along with three of his band mates at the ceremony being mobbed fans trying to take photos of their idols.
One of the guests wrote: "It was a pleasant wedding that became crazy when the EXO members turned up. When EXO started singing the celebratory song [at the reception], people who weren't there before suddenly appeared and stormed in front to take pictures and stood barefoot on chairs to take videos."
The disorderly fans were also reported to have swarmed the cake cutting ceremony -- to the point where real guests were pushed out.

EXO-M's Tao subsequently vented his rage on his Weibo account expressing his "horror and disgust" at the indicent, but the post was later removed. A spokesman for the group tells IdolWow!: "The boys pleaded with the fans to stop and even offered to give photos after the event, but they would not stop. It's a true shame this happened. The day was supposed to be a private occasion."
A source adds that local authorities are currently investigating the incident, which lasted around 10-15 minutes.
