The marriage is over after MBC announced that the Global Edition of their virtual marriage reality show We Got Married is coming to an end.
A representative from the Korean broadcaster announced today, September 16, "Production for We Got Married Global Edition will cease with season two being the last."
The international edition of the hugely popular Korean reality show was a spinoff launched in 2013 to pair up Korean idols with celebrities from other countries in Asia, to see how they would fare in cross-cultural conditions.
The two seasons has seen the rise of popular celeb couples including F.T. Island's Lee Hongki with Japanese model Fujii Mina and Taiwanese Singer Puff with Super Junior's Heechul.
