Kim Jae Won is ready to make a move!

Sources confirm that the actor is on the lookout for new management after a disagreement with his present agency.

While the actor's contract doesn't expire until the summer, sources close to the 31-year-old confirm he's "keen to move on".

"There have been a number of problems and disagreements with his present manager," says an insider.

"[Kim] has already been in talks with a new agency and hopes he can make a move soon.

"There are also discussions going on with about doing more work in Japan. He's ready for changes and wants to work with someone who understands his needs and dreams."

Kim is one of the most popular drama stars in Asia, having a fan base that spans across China, Japan and, of course, Korea.

At the 2012 MBC Drama awards he was presented with the Best Actor title for his work on May Queen. And in the same month he won the Hallyu Star Award at the KCEA Awards.
