Making a name for herself. Jessica Jung is on the latest cover of Marie Claire Hong Kong, proving that she is bravely moving on from her days as a Girls' Generation member.
The former girl band star — who was kicked from the SM Entertainment group in September for focusing too much on her own fashion label — features in the latest issue of the popular fashion mag.
Wearing a plethora of colorful dresses, the 25-year-old effortlessly demonstrates the fashion prowess that led her to setting up her own fashion enterprise.
Indeed, in one of the outfit co-ordinates, the American-born songstress sports a chic pair of white sunglasses from her newly launched label Blanc & Eclare.
Despite clearly moving on from the controversy over her departure, the idol superstar tells Marie Claire Hong Kong — which celebrates its 24th birthday this month — that she may not be done with her showbiz talents just yet.
She says in the December issue editorial feature, "Within me there flows the blood of an entertainer, but also the blood of a fashion entrepreneur."
