Praised for her defined features and porcelain skin, Ivy has often been heralded a flawless beauty. But the 30-year-old singer has a confession - she's been under the knife.

The "Touch Me" star appeared on Mnet's Beatles Code talk show on Monday July 1 to make the surprise admission, revealing that she has had work carried out on her face.

Ivy, who is also a popular blogger, told the show's MC's that her readers often inquire about plastic surgery. The idol was then asked if she had any of her own work down.

"I can't say that I haven't," she coyly admitted. "But contrary to popular belief, I did not get my whole face done. As you can see from my childhood photo, even my double eyelids are natural."

Earlier this year, the sexy songstress returned to the music scene with her single "I Dance", which saw Wonder Girls member Yubin lend her rappings shills. Ivy also made cameo appearance on an episode of teen drama Monstar.
