Hwang Jung Eum Won't Quit Work After Wedding

She's set to walk down the aisle later this month to become a wife, but Hwang Jung Eum wants you to know that she doesn't want the label.

During a new interview with ELLE Korea magazine, the 31-year-old actress declared that she is not planning to settle down into any form of domestic role after marrying professional golfer Lee Young Don.

The popular womens' mag featured the 31-year-old screen siren in their latest issue and in an ELLE Bride special, as she prepares to wed in holy matrimony later this February.

She admits, "Even at this very moment my body is itching to work [after the wedding]. When a good project comes up, I’m ready to jump right in."

In the issue, Hwang appears in a beautiful, form-fitting white wedding dress that frames her slim figure, while also appearing in a chic all-white suit looking powerful and poised for work.

The singer-turned-actress -- who debuted at the tender age of 17 as a member of first generation K-pop girl group Sugar -- is set to tie the knot with Lee on February 26.

During the interview, the screen star also talks about the new challenges as she faces married life. "While we haven’t had any conflicts leading up to the wedding, there is a lot going on in my mind. I find myself acting more carefully than when I was single. I have a lot of respect for those who choose to get married."
