Now that's hot! Super Junior-M star Henry Lau gave fans a surprising insight into his secret for staying in shape.
The Ontario-born Chinese idol appeared on a broadcast of SBS' Magic Eye talk show yesterday and confessed that he takes part in hot yoga sessions -- with an older women's class!
During the program the 24-year-old "Trap" singer stated that being a celebrity made him feel he had an obligation to take care of his body, before standing up to show his figure through his t-shirt. "I have to diet," he admitted.
Show host Hong Seok Cehon copped a feel of the singer's lean back and asked, "how do you have such a firm back?!" Henry replied, "I do hot yoga. With old women!" causing the others to laugh.
