Girls' Generation have long been famous for their long and lean legs -- and now they're being awarded for it! The nine doll-like members were presented with a special award at the 30th Best Jeanist Awards in Tokyo today, October 3.
The annual award picks the most stylish denim wearers in the showbiz world, with a committee of fashion panelists and fans all over Japan voting for which stars look best in the popular legwear.
"This is really cool," Seohyun said of the 'Best International' prize, which also sees the group entered into the Jeanists Hall of Fame. "Fashion is very important to us and so it's nice to be acknowledged in this way."
Members Sooyoung and Tiffany weren't able to attend the ceremony due to work commitments in Korea, but the rest of the group -- known as Shoujo Shidai in Japan -- showed up in an array of pastel-colored jeans, accentuating their curves and lean pins.

And it was a fitting trophy for the girl group -- they recently signed up as the face of Samantha Thavasa Jeans in the country. Celebrities including Beyonce, Miranda Kerr and Paris Hilton have also endorsed the popular brand.
Model model Rola, Arashi singer Aiba Masaki and actor Ken Watanabe, were amongst the other winners at the prize-giving ceremony.
