Girl's Day have marked their return to music scene with a sexy new grown-up look. In the video for single "Something", the girl group permanently ditch their cute concept and seseduce viewers in black, white and red sleek maxi skirts with Angelina Jolie-style slits.
The song tells the table of a woman's longing for a man's honesty devotion, and their thirst for love is apparent through their intense emotional glares and pleas for attention.
With sexy dance moves, a production source explains that Girls Day's alluring choreography is supposed to be reminiscent of female spies narrowing in on a hot case.
During an album showcase at the Patio 9 venue in Gangnam, Seoul, earlier today, January 3, members Sojin and Hyeri revealed their relief about changing their image.
"Actually, the cute concept made me feel really uncomfortable," Sojin, 27, explained.
Hyeri, 19, added: "We tried to express a more sophisticated and captivating sexiness for 'Something'. We tried not to cross the line. We perfected the song, dance and the music video. I hope fans will like our new concept.
