G-Dragon has opened up about Big Bang's comeback in 2015, but is refusing to discuss the nature of his relationship with Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara.
As part of the promotions for the YG Entertainment hip-hop collaboration between G-Dragon and Taeyang, the pair took part in a roundtable interview at a café in Mapo, Seoul, to discuss their new release "Good Boy."
G-Dragon talked to reporters about Big Bang's much-anticipated comeback by explaining, "I think the Big Bang comeback will be postponed until next year."
For anxious fans, the numerous delays for the group’s first project in almost two-and-a-half-years have been disappointing.
The 26-year-old rapper explained, "I’ve been talking about [the comeback] since last year, and because of what I said, I’ve been getting cursed at, so I can’t exactly say when it’ll be."
The "Crayon" performer confirmed he is indeed working on material, but the process is less quick than before. He further elaborated, "Honestly, I don't have the pain of creating something new compared to my seniors. I'm nowhere near, but [the songs] don't come out as quickly as they did before, so it's a bit more worrisome."
Perhaps more than Big Bang's pending comeback, what's really on everyone's mind is the leader's relationship with model Kiko Mizuhara.
Rumors surrounding G-Dragon's relationship with the 24-year-old Japanese model have been ongoing for years, but following photos of the pair flirting together on October 8, fans have been even more curious.
But G-Dragon coyly dodged the subject by saying with a smile, "I don’t have anything to tell you," jokingly adding, "I will send you a text separately."
Taeyang and GD's "Good Boy" was released on November 21 and already has over 6 million YouTube views in just five days. Though the song is about a fairy-tale romance, writer G-Dragon says he doesn't actually have any experience with such a thing.
