Victoria of girl group f(x) has denied rumors that she is planning to leave the group or SM Entertainment.
At a press conference for her upcoming drama Beautiful Secret in her homeland China, the 28-year-old girl band idol responded to speculation of her contract termination with SM Entertainment.
She told reporters, "I have never thought about terminating my contract with the agency. The agency discovered me and trained me. The staff look after me well since I was a foreigner in Korea, hence I’m really grateful to the agency."
With the contract termination rumors put to rest, the songstress also talked of her new personal studio in China -- a move supported by the agency as well. "I’m preparing my own studio and creating my own team," she proudly revealed.
Victoria currently has a lot of screen work going on beside her girl group activities. In addition to the upcoming launch of Beautiful Secret, Victoria currently stars in Korean-Chinese co-production, My New Sassy Girl, - a sequel to the 2001 romantic comedy hit My Sassy Girl which featured actress Jun Ji Hyun.
