They say love that love is blind, so when Lee Byung Jun accidentally left his jacket in the car on a below-freezing night in Seoul, it was clear he was only focused on one thing - his girlfriend, Lee Min Jung.

On December 22, the actors were spotted enjoying a romantic date night in Seoul's Gangnam area, taking a stroll around the city streets.

And despite the cold weather, the couple looked happy to be alone together as they laughed and smiled during their walk.

An onlooker tells IdolWow!: "They were very close. Not for a second did they split away from each other. They walked side-by-side and she kept her arms around Lee [Byung Hun].

"He would look at her as they were walking and smile sweetly."

Earlier that evening the pair had been out in the city, with 30-year-old Min Jung, who is famous for her roles in dramas Big and Boys Over Flowers, navigating the streets in white her Range Rover Evoque.

While the couple, who have a 12-year age gap, didn't announce their relationship until August this year, it was actually over five years ago that they got together, after meeting through mutual friends. The romance was short-lived and it wasn't until February 2012 that they reunited.

Days after confirming the news, Min Jin's car was photographed outside her 42-year-old beau's luxury villa in Gwangju, where his mother was staying at the time. She wasn't spotted leaving until the following morning, further confirming how serious they were.

Byung Hun, who recently starred in the box office smash Gwanghae, recently said of Min Jung: "She's a woman I can talk to, and the only woman who can make me smile. I actually like that [our relationship] is out in the open. I feel that now we don't have to care about what other people think and move [forward] more comfortable."

Many expect marriage to be on the cards for 2013, but he's remaining tight-lipped. When asked about proposing at this month's CineAsia 2012 Awards in Hong Kong, he teasingly answered: "If there is time."
