The "Overdose" singer -- who fronted EXO's Chinese sub-unit EXO-M -- filed a lawsuit on May 15 against the agency after he was met with disagreement when he expressed his wish to leave the group. Now that the case has been filed for arbitration, both the singer and the agency will need to reach a mutual agreement in order to avoid trial.
