Baek Ji Young Calls Police, Lawyers Over Internet Troll Miscarriage Taunts

Baek Ji Young is fighting back. The "Good Boy" singer is taking legal and police action against internet trolls who posted evil comments about her following her miscarriage this summer.

According to a Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency report, the netizens accused the 37-year-old of causing her own miscarriage by smoking or abortion. They even encouraged the veteran songstress to commit suicide.

"Baek Ji Young's agency are working with us to prosecute the netizens who left spiteful remarks regarding her family affairs on internet blogs," a rep from the Suseo Police Station. "We are currently investigating the case."

The authorities were able to track one troll down by tracing their IP address. They were summoned to the station and now awaiting prosecution.

A rep from agency WS Entertainment writes in a statement: "Do these people who write such despicable things to a woman who has experienced a miscarriage have common sense? We plan to proactively take action against all netizens who left Baek Ji Young and her family with deep scars."

Baek married husband Jung Suk Won, 28, on June 2 this summer. They couple announced her pregnancy shortly after the wedding, however she miscarried on June 28 in her fifth month of pregnancy.
