It took six months of intense training to perfect their routine, but the girl group have successfully managed to turn pole dancing into an artistic and stylish form of dance for their latest comeback.
In the 3 minute and 41 second video, the members - minus Lizzy, who was recovering from an injury - showcase their skills and athletic abilities - climbing, sliding and writhing about their poles.
"We really transformed our bodies working for this comeback," member Jooyeon explains. "It's been so difficult and we have many bruises to show."
The members also show off their gorgeous curves, wearing no tops while they sing seductively to the camera. And, in tune with their adult concept, the girls also wear temporary tattoos featuring skull designs and vintage pin-up girls.
