Within hours of Goo Hara's new music video "Choco Chip Cookies" being released, the YouTube comments were quickly flooded with one question: Who is the hot guy?
Meet Matthew Kim, a US-born K-pop trainee currently signed with DSP Media, home to the likes of Kara, Rainbow and A-JAX.
In the video, Kim steals Goo Hara's heart during a number of dates, building up to an extremely sexy onscreen kiss.
But the 23-year-old isn't as new to the K-pop scene as you might think. As well as featuring on the Kara star's new album track "La La La," the Korean-American has been living in Seoul since 2012, training to be an idol.

1. This isn't his first music video...
Shortly after signing with DSP, Matthew (or Matt to friends) landed a part in label mate Rainbow's music video for their 2013 single, "Sunshine."
At the time the budding idol's striking good looks caught the attention of numerous K-pop fans around the world.
2. He was on K-Pop Star and his audition will definitely make you cry.
Shortly after moving to Seoul, Korea, Matthew auditioned alongside three other guys as the Playboys in the debut 2012 season of the show.
Their performance of g.o.d's "Friday Night" and got the judges tapping their toes but, surprisingly, the judges didn't feel Kim fit in, removing him from the process -- and his friends.
Despite not making it through to the next round, DSP Media saw the potential in the hard-working performer and offered him a management contract in 2013.
3. He can dance. Like, really dance.
As well rapping and singing, Matthew knows exactly what to do with his body when it comes to dance.
His personal YouTube channel is full of videos showing off his impressive -- and incredibly sexy -- skills. Check out this freestyle dance to Justin Bieber's "All That Matters."
4. He's a Cali boy at heart
Although both his parents are Korean, Matthew was born and raised in South California. He even studied at California State Polytechnic University.
And his style and music tastes are just as West Coast as his upbringing, with playlists full of old school hip-hop tracks by the likes of 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and more recently YG.
5. Family always comes first
Beneath the cool exterior, Matthew (who his mom named after the Bible Matthew the Apostle/Saint Matthew) is ride or die for his family and friends.
With his mom, dad and younger brother miles away in Los Angeles, the Kim clan still talk on a regular basis.
And he's not afraid to admit that he gets homesick at times. Don't believe us? Try not to fall in love a little more after reading these tweets...
