With his impressive vocals and perfect song choices, he kept the audience on their toes for weeks.
But now the mystery has been solved and Jun.K from boyband 2PM has been revealed as the face behind the disguise on MBC’s King of Mask Singer.
In the latest episode of the masked singing show, the 28-year-old contestant that had performed using an anonymous identity known only as "Dream of the Square," wearing a square box on his head, was revealed to be none other than the 2PM idol.
After a tear-jerking cover performance of song "Mother," originally sung by Korean soul singer Ra.D, followed by a rendition of Lee Juck’s "Rain," the handsome boyband star unfortunately lost a third round to fellow contestant "Music Captain" and was forced to reveal his true identity.
The "No Love" singer explained his ordeal of keeping his identity under wraps throughout his show appearances, and admitted, "Even my mother did not know about my participation."
