After successful ankle surgery, Jinwoon is recovering from his catastrophic car accident last week. And the 2AM singer wants you to know that he's doing just fine.
The 22-year-old star reassured fans this morning, October 11, that he is feeling much better by posting a thoughtfully-composed message online.
"Hello," he wrote on 2AM's official fan cafe website. "I felt that all the fans were worried, so I'm writing this entry. Firstly, I'm sorry for causing so much worry. It was a big accident and I'm sure you were all shocked to hear about it. However, the staff and I are currently receiving treatment."
The Dream High 2 star added: "I'm so thankful that there are so many of you praying and worrying for us. So I wanted to let you all know as soon as I could that we're fine, and I'm sorry that this message is a bit late... I ask that you support the three of us, so we can recover soon."

On October 6, the idol's SUV collided with a 25-tonne truck in a tunnel by the city of Mungyeong. He was returning to Seoul with his manager and hairstylist after a performance with 2AM at the 2013 Hallyu Dream Concert in Gyeongju city.
Jinwoon -- who already had an ankle injury -- sustained further damage to his ankle and four-inch laceration. The following day he received emergency surgery at a Seoul hospital where he is now resting.
