They have debuted some of the biggest groups in K-pop history, so it’s no surprise that JYP Entertainment have more new acts lined up for 2018.
According to reports, the entertainment company are planning to debut three new boy groups next year.
Rumors suggest that Stray Kids, Boy Story and yet-to-be-named group for the Chinese market will all be seeing their chart debuts in the new year.
News of the rumored new artists saw JYPE stocks rise 5% on the local exchange on November 23 — a sign of just how much the agency is in need of new male talent, as they only have Got7 and Day6 on their books at present.
An insider told Osen, “It’s their lake of male groups that sees them getting low profits in China at the moment. So as soon as the rumours started their value rose.”
