Today marks a major victory for JYJ.
A rep for the troubled group reveals that Jaejoong, Xia Junsu and Yoochun have today won their lawsuit against former Japanese agency, Avex.
After a two-year trial, a court has finally ruled that the agnecy, who managed the boys when they were a part of TVXQ, can no longer interfere with their activities in Japan.
The win means that JYJ are now free to promote themselves in the country without fear of anyone getting in their way.
Their CJeS Entertainment publicist says: “This is a great moment for JYJ. We will release the full ruling from the court via press release when it arrives.”
The lawsuit was first filed 2011 after the band claimed Avex had blocked the group from holding a charity concert in Japan.
They were also unable to appear on a number of TV shows that had strong ties with their former management company.
