Han Jae Suk and Park Sol Mi, 35, tied the knot on April 21. The actors,who met on the filming set of the 2010 TV drama Merchant Kim Man Deok, exchanged vows in front of 1,000 guests at the Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul’s Gwangjin district.
“We didn’t fall in love overnight,” Han, 39, stated in a press conference before his nuptials. “We developed feelings for each other little by little and I decided to marry her.”
The groom, who recently stared in Oohlala Spouses continued: “[My Way actor] Jang Dong Gun gave us numerous compliments. He told us to be a happy family. I’m actually very thankful because he’ll be hosting the ceremony today. I almost forgot that [Gentleman’s Dignity actor] Gong Hyung Jin will be hosting the second part. Thank you, Hyung Jin hyung [big brother]. Mr. Kim Jo Han and The One will be singing for us.”
Jang, 41, and Gong, 40, hosted the first and second half of their wedding. After the ceremony, a montage video of the two was broadcast to all at the reception while The One sung “I Do”.
Park, 35, later told press of the nuptials: “I have never been so nervous like now, ever since I became an adult.”
The wedding also may have predicted the next stars down the aisle. It Was Love actress Park Si Eun, 33, who is currently dating actor Jin Tae Hyun, 32, caught the bride’s bouquet.
Also at the wedding were stars Lee Min Ho, Joo Jin Mo, Iris 2‘s Kim Seung Woo, Tower‘s Ahn Sung Ki, Incarnation of Money‘s Choi Yeo Jin and Lee Tae Ran, who recently stared in A Wife’s Credentials.
The new Mr. and Mrs. today jetted off to Bali for their honeymoon.
