B.A.P are one step closer to freedom after a new development in their legal battle against agency TS Entertainment regarding their contracts.
On Sunday, February 22, the Seoul Western District Court set the first trial date for the boy band and their agency for March 13. It is reported that both parties tried but could not reach a mutual settlement outside of court.
B.A.P’s legal representatives have accused TS Entertainment of withholding crucial information, saying, “We have asked for an explanation of a $1.5 million album promotion fee, but have not received a reply for the past few months.”
TS Entertainment, on the other hand, are claiming that a third party had tried to recruit B.A.P whilst they were still in contract and are said to be investigating measures against these incidents.
